Heat your oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C). Rinse and pat dry the Pork Chops (8) and place them in a baking dish (pork chops should be roughly 1-inch thick).

In a bowl, mix the Mayonnaise (1 Tbsp), Yellow Mustard (3 Tbsp), Ground Cumin (1 tsp), Salt (1 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp), Honey (1 Tbsp), McCormick® Garlic Powder (1 tsp), Dried Oregano (1 tsp), zest and juice from Lemon (1).

Generously slather the chops with the sauce on both sides. Cover the baking pan with aluminum foil.

Bake the chops for an hour and a half.

Remove the pork chops from the oven and uncover them. Increase the oven’s heat to 375 degrees F (180 degrees C). Place the pan back into the oven, uncovered, for another 30 minutes.

Serve with your side of choice. These go beautifully with mashed potatoes.
