Step 1
Heat your oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C). Rinse and pat dry the Pork Chops (8) and place them in a baking dish (pork chops should be roughly 1-inch thick).
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the Mayonnaise (1 Tbsp) , Yellow Mustard (3 Tbsp) , Ground Cumin (1 tsp) , Salt (1 tsp) , Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp) , Honey (1 Tbsp) , Garlic Powder (1 tsp) , Dried Oregano (1 tsp) , zest and juice from Lemon (1) .
Step 3
Generously slather the chops with the sauce on both sides. Cover the baking pan with aluminum foil.
Step 4
Bake the chops for an hour and a half.
Step 5
Remove the pork chops from the oven and uncover them. Increase the oven’s heat to 375 degrees F (180 degrees C). Place the pan back into the oven, uncovered, for another 30 minutes.
Step 6
Serve with your side of choice. These go beautifully with mashed potatoes.
