Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and line a roasting pan with aluminum foil.
Cut the Chicken Wing (12) into three parts. Place the flat part and the drumette in your roasting pan. Do not pile them up. Work in batches if you have to.
Drizzle the wings with Olive Oil (2 tablespoon), Salt (1 1/2 teaspoon), and Ground Black Pepper (1 1/2 teaspoon).
With clean hands, roll the wings around so that they are all completely coated. Place the roasting pan in the oven for 30 minutes.
While the wings are roasting, in a bowl add Lime (1 tablespoon), Lime Juice (2 tablespoon), and Honey (1/4 cup).
In the bowl, add Garlic Powder (1 teaspoon), Sesame Oil (1/2 teaspoon) and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/2 teaspoon) if using. Set aside.
Remove the wings from the oven and glaze the wings with a thin layer of the honey mixture on both sides. Return to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes.
Remove them again and re-glaze only the top of the wings with the remaining honey. Return to the oven and bake for an extra 5 minutes.
Serve with lots of napkins and enjoy!
