Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and line a roasting pan with aluminum foil.
Step 2
Cut the
Tyson® Chicken Wings (12)
into three parts. Place the flat part and the drumette in your roasting pan. Do not pile them up. Work in batches if you have to.
Step 3
Drizzle the wings with
Olive Oil (2 Tbsp)
,
Salt (1/2 Tbsp)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (1/2 Tbsp)
.
Step 4
With clean hands, roll the wings around so that they are all completely coated. Place the roasting pan in the oven for 30 minutes.
Step 5
While the wings are roasting, in a bowl add
Limes (1 Tbsp)
,
Lime Juice (2 Tbsp)
, and
Honey (1/4 cup)
.
Step 6
In the bowl, add
Garlic Powder (1 tsp)
,
Sesame Oil (1/2 tsp)
and
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/2 tsp)
if using. Set aside.
Step 7
Remove the wings from the oven and glaze the wings with a thin layer of the honey mixture on both sides. Return to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes.
Step 8
Remove them again and re-glaze only the top of the wings with the remaining honey. Return to the oven and bake for an extra 5 minutes.
Step 9
Serve with lots of napkins and enjoy!
