Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
Step 2
Split
Broccoli (5 cups)
into large bite-size pieces.
Step 3
Place broccoli and
Garlic (2 cloves)
on a large baking tray and drizzle with
Olive Oil (3 Tbsp)
. Sprinkle with
Kosher Salt (1/2 tsp)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
and toss to coat evenly. Spread out in a single layer.
Step 4
Roast for 7 minutes.
Step 5
Add
Sliced Almonds (1/3 cup)
and turn broccoli. Continue to roast for another 7 minutes.
Step 6
Add
Dried Cranberries (1/3 cup)
and toss to combine. Return to oven for 5-6 minutes, until broccoli is tender and almonds are golden.
Step 7
Serve immediately.
