Drain the Canned Sweet Corn (4 3/4 cups) and place corn in a food processor or blender along with the Milk (1 cup) . Pulse until all of the kernals are broken up and mixture looks mealy in appearance.
Step 2
Pour into a medium saucepan, and add Whipping Cream (2 cups) , Granulated Sugar (1/4 cup) and Kosher Salt (1/4 tsp) . Simmer on low for 30 minutes, covered, stirring occasionally.
