This Cranberry Relish recipe came from my grandmother's recipe box. It's sweet, a little tart, and totally delicious!

Step 1
Zest and juice the Navel Orange (1) . Reserve.
Step 2
In the bowl in a food processor, add the Fresh Cranberries (4 1/2 cups) and orange juice. Pulse several times until evenly chopped.
Step 3
Transfer to a bowl, and add the orange zest and Bourbon (3 Tbsp) . Add Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup) and mix well. Taste, and add more sugar to taste. Stir to combine.
Step 4
You may serve the relish right away, but I find that it gets even better if refrigerated overnight.
