Zest and juice the
Navel Orange (1)
In the bowl in a food processor, add the
Fresh Cranberries (4 1/2 cups)
and orange juice. Pulse several times until evenly chopped.
Transfer to a bowl, and add the orange zest and
Bourbon (3 Tbsp)
Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup)
and mix well. Taste, and add more sugar to taste. Stir to combine.
You may serve the relish right away, but I find that it gets even better if refrigerated overnight.
