Butter , softened
1 tsp
Stevia
1/2 tsp
Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp
2 cups
Almond Flour

Step 1
In a large bowl, add Butter (1/2 cup) , Almond Flour (2 cups) , and Stevia (1 tsp) .
Step 2
Add in Pure Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp) , Salt (1/2 tsp) , and Dark Chocolate Chips (2/3 cup) .
Step 3
Mix everything together until combined, then shape into golf-size balls and place in refrigerator to firm up slightly for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Store in the refrigerator if planning to eat within the week, or in the freezer for up to 1 month. Enjoy!
