Step 1
Heat Olive Oil (2 tablespoon) in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add Garlic (2 clove) and sauté 2 minutes.
Step 2
Add Fresh Baby Spinach (6 ounce) and sauté until wilted, then add Lemon Juice (1 splash).
Step 3
Season with Salt and Pepper (to taste) and serve! I served mine with some pan-roasted salmon.
