Step 1
Heat Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add Garlic (2 cloves) and sauté 2 minutes.
Step 2
Add Fresh Baby Spinach (5 2/3 cups) and sauté until wilted, then add the juice from Lemon (1) .
Step 3
Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and serve! I served mine with some pan-roasted salmon.
