Author's Notes

Use a meat thermometer to check the temperature to ensure the burger are cooked through.

Don't overcook the burgers, this can cause them to be dry and crumbly.

Store leftover burgers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to four days. Reheat them in the microwave until heated through, about 1-2 minutes.

In a bowl, combine Ground Chicken (1 lb), Fresh Parsley (1 Tbsp), Salt (1 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp), Garlic (2 cloves), Smoked Paprika (1 tsp), Dijon Mustard (1 Tbsp), and Lemon Juice (1).
