Use a meat thermometer to check the temperature to ensure the burger are cooked through.

Don't overcook the burgers, this can cause them to be dry and crumbly.

Store leftover burgers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to four days. Reheat them in the microwave until heated through, about 1-2 minutes.

In a bowl, combine Ground Chicken (1 lb), Fresh Parsley (1 Tbsp), Salt (1 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp), Garlic (2 cloves), Smoked Paprika (1 tsp), Dijon Mustard (1 Tbsp), and Lemon (1).

Use a box grater to finely grate the Red Onion (1/2) over the bowl, so all of the juice goes into the burger mix.

Next, add Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) to the bowl and use your hands to mix everything together. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties with your hands. Press down on the patties until they are about 1-inch thick.

In a cast-iron or other 10 to 12-inch skillet, add Olive Oil (1 Tbsp). Heat over medium-high heat.

Once the oil is hot, add the burger patties to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes.

If you are using cheese, add a slice of Cheddar Cheese (4 slices) to each burger about 1 minute before they are done cooking. The internal temperature of the burgers should be at least 165 degrees F (70 degrees C).
