Step 1
Halve the Bok Choy (5 stalk).
Step 2
Preheat Canola Oil (1 tablespoon) in a pan over medium heat. Add the Garlic (2 clove) and saute until fragrant.
Step 3
Add bok choy and cook until the green parts of the leaves turn bright green and the stalks become slightly translucent.
Step 4
Serve and enjoy!
