Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and set aside.

In a large bowl, cream together the Butter (1 stick), Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup), and Brown Sugar (1/2 cup), until smooth.

Beat in the Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Egg (1) and Vanilla Extract (2 tsp). Mix until well combined.

Mix together All-Purpose Flour (1 1/4 cups), Baking Soda (as needed), Baking Powder (as needed), and Salt (as needed). Add to the butter mixture and beat until it forms a cookie dough. Stir in Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (1 1/4 cups).

Onto ungreased cookie sheets, drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2-inches apart.

Bake for 11-12 minutes or until light brown (centers will be soft).

Cool for 2 minutes and remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack.

Cool completely, about 20 minutes. Store covered in airtight container.
