Cut the Focaccia Bread (1 loaf) in half, brush generously on all four side with Garlic Paste (to taste).
Grill all 4 sides.
Brush with plenty of Yellow Mustard (to taste).
Sprinkle with Asiago Cheese (to taste).
Remove all bones from the Veal (to taste).
Cut into “chunks”.
Spread the veal on the bottom part of the focaccia.
Chop the Fresh Cilantro (to taste).
Add a generous amount of Pickled Onions (to taste), chopped cilantro and Pickled Peppers (to taste) of your choice.
Half the Radish (to taste), sprinkle with some Salt (to taste).
Cut sandwich in half, serve with salted radishes.
