Step 1
Cut the
Focaccia Bread (1 loaf)
in half, brush generously on all four side with
Garlic Paste (to taste)

Grill all 4 sides.
Step 3
Brush with plenty of
Yellow Mustard (to taste)

Step 4
Sprinkle with
Asiago Cheese (to taste)

Step 5
Remove all bones from the
Veal (to taste)

Step 6
Cut into “chunks”.
Step 7
Spread the veal on the bottom part of the focaccia.
Step 8
Chop the
Fresh Cilantro (to taste)

Step 9
Add a generous amount of
Pickled Onions (to taste)
, chopped cilantro and
Pickled Peppers (to taste)
of your choice.
Step 10
Half the
Radishes (to taste)
, sprinkle with some
Salt (to taste)
.
Step 11
Cut sandwich in half, serve with salted radishes.
