Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 170-180 degrees C and line a muffin pan with 6 cups.

In a large bowl, mash the
Banana (1)
very well with a fork until it's smooth.

Whisk together all the wet ingredients including
Large Egg (1)

Canola Oil (2 Tbsp)

Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp)

Stir in
All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup)

Brown Sugar (1/4 cup)
,
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/4 cup)
,
Baking Powder (1 tsp)
, and
Salt (1/4 tsp)
. Using a spatula, stir until well-combined.

Stir in
Dark Chocolate Chips (1/4 cup)
and
Almonds (to taste)
.
6.
Divide the batter between the muffin cups evenly and bake for 17-19 minutes.

Move the muffins to a cooling rack, and let cool completely before munching your first bite!
