In a large bowl, toss the
Brussels Sprouts (5 cups)
Olive Oil (1 Tbsp)
Garlic (1 clove)
Italian Seasoning (1 Tbsp)
Salt (1/2 tsp)
Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp)
Place the brussels sprouts in the air-fryer basket and air fry at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 6-8 minutes. You may need to cook them in batches if they don't all fit.
Toss the brussels sprouts, then sprinkle
Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup)
on top of each one in an even layer.
Air fry at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for another 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted and the outer leaves are golden brown.
Serve with more parmesan cheese on top if desired.
