Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Turn the oven to Broil Lo. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
Step 2
Line the Fresh Mussels (12) up on the baking sheet.
Step 3
In a small bowl, combine the Mayonnaise (3 Tbsp) , Cayenne Hot Sauce (1 Tbsp) , Honey (1 tsp) , Grated Parmesan Cheese (1 Tbsp) , and Blue Cheese (2 Tbsp) . Make sure to fully mix in the blue cheese.
Step 4
Spoon a heaping tsp of mixture onto each mussel.
Step 5
Broil on the upper rack for 5-7 minutes, or until they are golden and bubbling.
Step 6
Serve warm, garnished with a sprinkle of Scallions (1/4 cup) .
