Drizzle some Vegetable Oil (1 Tbsp) and Sesame Oil (3 Tbsp) into a wok over medium-high heat.
Step 2
Stir-fry some Egg (1) and Fresh Ginger (1 tsp) until fragrant.
Step 3
Then, toss in some cooked White Rice (3 Tbsp) , Light Soy Sauce (1 dash) , Rice Wine (1 dash) , Salt (to taste) , and Mushroom Powder (to taste) over high heat.
Step 4
Finish off with Spring Onions (to taste) , turn off the heat, and serve.
