Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
White Beans (2 cans)
Cherry Tomatoes (2 pckg)
into a 9x13-inch deep baking dish and sprinkle with the
Italian Seasoning (1/2 Tbsp)
Kosher Salt (1/2 tsp)
Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp)
. Add ⅓ cup water to the pan and gently mix everything together.
Pork Sausages (8)
into the pan, then drizzle them with
Olive Oil (2 Tbsp)
. Cook for 25 minutes, turning the sausages halfway through cooking. At the end of the cooking time, the sausages should be golden brown and the tomatoes will have collapsed.
Remove the sausages to another plate and add the
Fresh Baby Spinach (1 pckg)
to the pan. Gently mix through and return the pan to the oven for 3 minutes to wilt the spinach.
Remove from the oven, scoop the tomato-bean mixture onto warmed plates and top with sausages. Serve immediately.
