Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Butter an 8×8 baking dish, or spray with Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed) . Set aside.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, add Golden Delicious Apples (6) , Granulated Sugar (2 Tbsp) , Ground Cinnamon (3/4 tsp) , and 1 1/2 tsp of Lemon Juice (1) . Stir to combine, then transfer to the prepared baking dish.
Step 3
In a separate mixing bowl, add Brown Sugar (1 cup) , Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (3/4 cup) , All-Purpose Flour (3/4 cup) , Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp) , Kosher Salt (1 pinch) , and Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup) . Use two forks or even your hands to cut butter into the mixture until the mixture resembles pea-sized crumbs.
Step 4
Spread topping over apples in a baking dish, and gently pat to even it out.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
Step 6
Serve warm and enjoy with Ice Cream (to taste) .
