Apple Sauce

Old Fashioned Rolled Oats

Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs

2 Tbsp

Maple Syrup

Vanilla Extract

1/2 tsp

Baking Powder

1 tsp

Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground

•

1 pinch

Salt

Apple , diced

Cooking Instructions

Add the Apple Sauce (1/2 cup) , Milk (1/2 cup) , Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (1 cup) , Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs (2) , Maple Syrup (2 Tbsp) , Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp) , Baking Powder (1/2 tsp) , Salt (1 pinch) , and Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1 tsp) to a blender. Blend for 1 minute, until smooth.

Divide the mixture between 4 ramekins.

Stir ¼ of the Apple (1) into each ramekin.

Microwave for 3-5 minutes, or until the top of the oats are set and the side begins to pull away from the ramekin.

Using a pot holder, carefully remove the ramekins from the microwave (they will be very hot!) and let them cool for 2-3 minutes before eating. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon, if desired.

Author's Notes

Depending on the size of your microwave, you may need to cook the oats in batches.

No microwave? No problem! Bake these oats at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 20 minutes.
