While the oven is heating, in a medium bowl mix together the Dijon Mustard (1/2 cup), Brown Sugar (1/2 cup), and Sesame Oil (1 tsp).

Sprinkle the Atlantic Salmon Fillet (1 lb) all over with Kosher Salt (1 Tbsp) and Ground Black Pepper (1 Tbsp).

Place the Steak Cut French Fries (13 2/3 cups) (about 20 pieces) in a large mixing bowl and toss with Olive Oil (1 Tbsp), Kosher Salt (1 Tbsp), and Ground Black Pepper (1 Tbsp). Lay out the potatoes on one side of the sheet pan. Place the Asparagus (1 2/3 cups) in the same mixing bowl and toss with Olive Oil, Dried Thyme Leaves (1 tsp), Salt, and Pepper. Then place the asparagus spears on the other side of the sheet pan.
