Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and heat a 12-inch cast iron skillet over medium heat on the stovetop with the
Olive Oil (1 Tbsp)

Step 2
Add the
Ground Beef (1 lb)
, along with the
Italian Seasoning (1 tsp)
,
Kosher Salt (3/4 tsp)
,
Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp)
,
Minced Dried Onion (1 tsp)
, and
Jarred Minced Garlic (1 tsp)
to the skillet.
Step 3
Cook the beef with the seasonings while breaking it up into smaller pieces for about 4-5 minutes until the beef is no longer pink and cooked through.
Step 4
Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the
Marinara Sauce (1 jar)
and
Frozen Cheese Tortellini (1.2 lb)
.
Step 5
Sprinkle the top of the pasta mixture with the
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (2 2/3 cups)
and bake in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes until the sauce is bubbling and the cheese is melted on top.
