Makes 4-6 servings.

Fresh tortellini may also be used, but cooking times may be less.

Turn the broiler on in the oven for the last 1-2 minutes of cooking to brown the cheese additionally, if desired.

Leftovers will keep in an airtight container for 3-5 days and can be reheated in the oven or in the microwave until heated through.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and heat a 12-inch cast iron skillet over medium heat on the stovetop with the Olive Oil (1 Tbsp).

Add the Ground Beef (1 lb), along with the Italian Seasoning (1 tsp), Kosher Salt (3/4 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp), Minced Dried Onion (1 tsp), and Jarred Minced Garlic (1 tsp) to the skillet.

Cook the beef with the seasonings while breaking it up into smaller pieces for about 4-5 minutes until the beef is no longer pink and cooked through.

Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the Marinara Sauce (1 jar) and Frozen Cheese Tortellini (1.2 lb).

Sprinkle the top of the pasta mixture with the Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (2 2/3 cups) and bake in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes until the sauce is bubbling and the cheese is melted on top.
