In a small mixing bowl, mix together Salt (as needed), Ground Black Pepper (as needed), and Garlic Powder (as needed).

In a mixing bowl, add Mayonnaise (1/2 cup), Ketchup (1 Tbsp), Sriracha (2 Tbsp), Brown Sugar (2 tsp), and 1 Tbsp of Lime Juice (1). Mix until well combined.
