Author's Notes

The teriyaki marinade may make your baking sheet sticky. To minimize mess, either spray the pan beforehand or line it with foil.
Cooking InstructionsHide images
step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
step 2
Combine the Bell Peppers (3 cups) and Green Beans (3 cups) in a medium bowl and toss with 1 Tbsp Teriyaki Marinade.
step 3
Place the Salmon Fillet (1 lb) on a sheet pan lined with aluminum foil and brush with Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) and the remaining Teriyaki Marinade (1/4 cup).
step 4
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until the salmon looks flaky and its internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F (62 degrees C). It will continue to cook a little bit once it’s out of the oven and resting.
step 5
Top with Fresh Cilantro (1/4 cup) and serve immediately with cooked White Rice (to taste) or cooked soba or buckwheat noodles.
