Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray a 2.5-quart casserole dish with

In a large bowl, mix together
Frozen Shredded Hash Browns (1 pckg)
Ham (1 cup)
Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (1 can)
Sour Cream (1 tub)
Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1 cup)
. Incorporate well, so everything is evenly mixed.
Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish. Using a spatula spread the top evenly so that it cooks at the same time. Top the casserole with the leftover
Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1/2 cup)
Bake the casserole, uncovered, for 35-45 minutes or until the inside of the mixture is hot and the cheese has browned and melted.
