Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray a 2.5-quart casserole dish with Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed), and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix together Frozen Shredded Hash Browns (1 pckg), Ham (1 cup), Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (1 can), Sour Cream (1 tub), and Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1 cup). Incorporate well, so everything is evenly mixed.

Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish. Using a spatula spread the top evenly so that it cooks at the same time. Top the casserole with the leftover Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1/2 cup).

Bake the casserole, uncovered, for 35-45 minutes or until the inside of the mixture is hot and the cheese has browned and melted.
