Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

into 3 pieces and discard the wing tips. This will double the pieces, 12 wings will render 24 pieces.
Rinse wings, drain, and pat dry. Place wings in a large bowl.
Pineapple Juice (1/4 cup)
Red Wine Vinegar (1/2 cup)
Granulated Sugar (1 1/2 cups)
Ketchup (1/4 cup)
Soy Sauce (2 Tbsp)
Salt (1 tsp)
Garlic Powder (1 tsp)
. Mix well.
Place wings on a cookie sheet over an aluminum-lined baking sheet or pan. Make sure the wings are spaced evenly between each other.
Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven and turn the wings over. Place back into the oven and bake for another 20 minutes.
Turn the baking function off and turn the broil function to high and broil for 3 minutes or until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
