Step 1
In a small bowl, combine
Salsa Verde (1/2 cup)

Mayonnaise (1 cup)
, cover, and refrigerate.
Step 2
In a large sauté pan, heat
Olive Oil (2 Tbsp)
over medium-high heat. Add
Yellow Onion (1/2)

Diced Green Chiles (1 can)

Mango (1/2)

Step 3
Sprinkle with
Sea Salt (1 tsp)
, and toss every few minutes with tongs until caramelized, about 10 minutes.
Step 4
Add
Beef (1 lb)
and stir to break it up. Reduce heat to medium-low.
Step 5
Add
Taco Seasoning (1 packet)

Water (1/2 cup)
,
Sharp White Cheddar Cheese (1 1/2 cups)
,
Beef Marinade (2 Tbsp)
, and
Hot Sauce (2 Tbsp)
. Stir until combined and thickened, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and cover.
Step 6
Toast
Hamburger Buns (4)
and brush each side with
Butter (as needed)
. Spread salsa on the bottom sides of the buns.
Step 7
Add beef mixture and top bun. Serve and enjoy!
