Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 2
Cut as much fat as you can off the
Skirt Steak (2 pckg)
.
Step 3
Cut the skirt steak into pieces that fit into the baking dish without overlapping.
Step 4
Spread the
Chimichurri (12 oz)
over the steaks with a spoon. Season with
Salt (1 tsp)
and
Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp)
.
Step 5
Cover with aluminum foil and cut a few slits with a knife. Bake for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Uncover the baking dish and allow to cook another 25 minutes or until the steak reaches the internal temperature you prefer.
Step 7
Once it reaches the desired internal temperature, stop the bake function and switch to the broil function. Broil for 3 minutes for some crisping.
Step 8
Remove the steak from the oven and let sit for about 5 minutes before slicing. Meanwhile, prepare the
Frozen Mixed Vegetables (to taste)
.
Step 9
Plate the mixed vegetables and serve them together with the sliced steak.
