Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, add
Ground Turkey (1 lb)

Italian-Style Breadcrumbs (1/2 cup)

Garlic Powder (1/2 tsp)

Onion Powder (1/2 tsp)

Salt (1 tsp)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. Mix well using gloved hands or a spoon and form into 1-inch-sized meatballs.
Step 3
Arrange the meatballs in one layer in a pan with
Olive Oil (as needed)
. Sear them on one side for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and flip the meatballs.
Step 4
Spoon
Marinara Sauce (2 cups)
on top of the meatballs. Transfer the pan to the oven to bake for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Place the
Frozen Kale (1 1/2 cups)
in a medium bowl. Microwave until warmed through.
Step 6
Split
Hoagie Rolls (4)
, and place them on a sheet pan to toast. Turn oven to broil.
Step 7
Fill rolls with kale, saucy meatballs, and a generous sprinkle of
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (1 cup)

Return to the oven and broil for 2-3 minutes. Enjoy!
