Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Turn the oven to broil. Pat the Flank Steak (1.5 lb) dry and season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .
Step 2
Heat a skillet and sear the steak on both sides for 3 minutes. Set the steak aside and let it rest while preparing the romaine.
Step 3
Drizzle Romaine Lettuce (2 heads) with Olive Oil (as needed) and place on a foil-lined baking sheet.
Step 4
Broil for 3-5 minutes until charred (watch closely!).
Step 5
Slice the steak across the grain.
Step 6
Plate overtop romaine halves with Cherry Tomatoes (to taste) , Cheese (1/4 cup) , and Croutons (1 bag) . Drizzle with Caesar Dressing (1/2 cup) and toss well to mix. Optionally, serve with Lemon Wedges (to taste) .
