Cooking Instructions
1.
Turn the oven to broil. Pat the Flank Steak (1.5 lb) dry and season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).
2.
Heat a skillet and sear the steak on both sides for 3 minutes. Set the steak aside and let it rest while preparing the romaine.
3.
Drizzle Romaine Lettuce (2 heads) with Olive Oil (as needed) and place on a foil-lined baking sheet.
4.
Broil for 3-5 minutes until charred (watch closely!).
5.
Slice the steak across the grain.
6.
Plate overtop romaine halves with Cherry Tomatoes (to taste), Cheese (4 Tbsp), and Croutons (1 bag). Drizzle with Caesar Dressing (1/2 cup) and toss well to mix. Optionally, serve with Lemon Wedges (to taste).
