Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Toss
Chickpeas (1 can)
in a large bowl with a drizzle of
Olive Oil (as needed)

Place on a parchment-lined baking tray and roast for 20-25 minutes until crispy.

Transfer the roasted chickpeas to a large bowl. Pour in the
Buffalo Sauce (1/2 cup)
and stir well to combine.

Build the wraps. First, spread a spoonful of
Blue Cheese Dressing (1/2 cup)
onto each
Large Flour Tortillas (4)
.
Step 6
Next, add the
Celery (4 ribs)
and top with the buffalo chickpeas.
Step 7
Roll into a burrito by gently folding on both sides. Lift up the bottom of the tortilla and cover the filling.
Step 8
From there, roll it right all the way up into a burrito shape. Cut and enjoy!
