Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F (260 degrees C).
St. Louis Spare Ribs (1 rack)
top-down and pull the membrane film off the spare rib.
Once done, slice off each rib and place it in a bowl. Rinse well with water and drain.
Season ribs with
Olive Oil (1/4 cup)
Adobo Seasoning (1/4 cup)
. Mix well.
On a nonstick aluminum lined baking sheet, place the ribs bone side down. Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 500 degrees F (260 degrees C) for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil and lower the temperature to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Remove ribs and brush with
Barbecue Sauce (as needed)
Place back in the oven and raise the temperature to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Bake for 20 minutes.
