Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
With a rolling pin, flatten the
Puff Pastry (2 sheets)
as much as you can. Work with one sheet at a time.
Step 3
Brush the
Butter (1/2 cup)
onto the puff pastry sheets.
Step 4
Next, brush a layer of
Chocolate Syrup (1/2 cup)
over the butter.
Step 5
Cut each puff pastry sheet into two pieces lengthwise. Then cut each half in half.
Step 6
Roll each piece to create a tightrope form. Take each rope and roll it into a wheel.
Step 7
Use some of the melted butter to brush each hole in a muffin tin.
Step 8
Place each wheel in the muffin tin.
Step 9
Bake for 50 minutes or until the muffin is golden and baked through.
Step 10
While they bake, place
Brown Sugar (1 cup)
and
Ground Cinnamon (1 Tbsp)
in a bowl and mix well.
Step 11
Once the popovers are done and still warm, quickly cover them in the sugar and cinnamon mixture. That's it, serve and enjoy!
