Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).
Breadcrumbs (1 1/2 cups)
Butter (1/3 cup)
Granulated Sugar (1/3 cup)
in a medium bowl.
Transfer the mix to a 10-inch springform pan and press onto the bottom and 2 inches up the side.
Cream Cheese (2 pckg)
Large Eggs (5)
La Lechera® Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 can)
Evaporated Milk (1/4 cup)
All-Purpose Flour (1/3 cup)
Lemon Juice (1 Tbsp)
in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the prepared crust and tap on the side of the pan to get rid of any bubbles.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until the center is set when shaken.
Cool in the pan on a wire rack, then refrigerate until completely chilled.
Fresh Strawberries (to taste)
over the top of the cheesecake and drizzle with
Strawberry Jam (1/2 cup)
