Step 1
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
Step 2
Place the
Digestive Biscuits (1 pckg)
in a zip lock bag and smash with a rolling pin until you have crumbs.
Step 3
In a mixing bowl, add the crumbs,
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/4 cup)
,
Salt (1 tsp)
, and
Desiccated Coconut (1/2 cup)
. Then pour
Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup)
and
La Lechera® Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 can)
and stir to combine.
Step 4
Form the mixture into ball shapes, about 1.5-inches in diameter, and place them on a sheet pan. Set aside.
Step 5
In a zip lock bag, place the topping of your choice, such as
Corn Flakes (1/2 cup)
,
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/2 cup)
,
Desiccated Coconut (1/2 cup)
, or
Peanuts (1/2 cup)
, then gently drop a few chocolate balls at a time and gently shake and roll around until they're completely covered.
Step 6
Chill the chocolate balls in the fridge for 40 minutes to an hour until ready to serve.
