Author's Notes

1/2 cup of each individual suggested topping makes 12 servings.

Dip your hands into water between making each ball to prevent the mixture from sticking to your fingers.

If the toppings are not sticking to the balls, coat them with condensed milk first, then roll in toppings.

Keep the remaining chocolate balls in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 7 days or freeze for up to 3 months.

step 1
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
step 2
Place the Digestive Biscuit (1 pckg) in a zip lock bag and smash with a rolling pin until you have crumbs.
step 3
In a mixing bowl, add the crumbs, Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/4 cup), Salt (1 tsp), and Desiccated Coconut (1/2 cup). Then pour Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup) and Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 can) and stir to combine.
step 4
Form the mixture into ball shapes, about 1.5-inches in diameter, and place them on a sheet pan. Set aside.
step 5
In a zip lock bag, place the topping of your choice, such as Corn Flakes (1/2 cup), Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/2 cup), Desiccated Coconut (1/2 cup), or Peanuts (1/2 cup), then gently drop a few chocolate balls at a time and gently shake and roll around until they're completely covered.
step 6
Chill the chocolate balls in the fridge for 40 minutes to an hour until ready to serve.
