Step 1
Place one side of the
Sourdough Bread (8 slices)
flat on a cutting board and top with 1/4 cup of
Shredded Cheddar Cheese (2 cups)

Step 2
On top of the cheese place 3 oz of
Rotisserie Chicken (12 oz)
.
Step 3
Top the shredded chicken with1 tsp
Honey Mustard (1/4 cup)
, two thin slices of
Tomatoes (to taste)
, and
Lettuce (to taste)
, followed by a thin layer of
Onions (to taste)
if desired.
Step 4
Top with another 1/4 cup of cheese and place the top sandwich bread.
Step 5
Heat a grill pan over medium heat and add 2 Tbsp of
Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup)
.
Step 6
Once hot, place the sandwich on and press down. Cook for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and flip.
Step 7
Cook for another 3-4 minutes and press down with a metal spatula. Once both sides are done, take out and cut on a bias.
Step 8
Serve hot and enjoy!
