Step 1
Boil the
Cavatappi Pasta (1 box)
according to the manufacturer’s directions. Drain and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
Step 2
Return the pasta to the pot and add the
Rotisserie Chicken (1)
and
Basil Pesto (1 jar)
to the top. Set back on the stove at medium heat.
Step 3
In a blender, pour in the pasta water and add the
Grated Parmesan Cheese (1 cup)
and blend until creamy.
Step 4
Add the creamy cheese to the top of the pot with pasta, chicken, pesto,
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. Stir until combined.
Step 5
Simmer the dish for 10 minutes or until the chicken is warmed.
Step 6
Serve warm with extra parmesan on top.
