or 1 bag Fully Cooked Frozen Shredded Chicken

Grated Parmesan Cheese

Cooking Instructions
1.
Boil the Cavatappi Pasta (1 box) according to the manufacturer’s directions. Drain and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
2.
Return the pasta to the pot and add the Rotisserie Chicken (1) and Basil Pesto (1 jar) to the top. Set back on the stove at medium heat.
3.
In a blender, pour in the pasta water and add the Grated Parmesan Cheese (1 cup) and blend until creamy.
4.
Add the creamy cheese to the top of the pot with pasta, chicken, pesto, Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Stir until combined.
5.
Simmer the dish for 10 minutes or until the chicken is warmed.
6.
Serve warm with extra parmesan on top.
