In a heatproof bowl, heat the
Dark Chocolate Chips (1 cup)
in the microwave in 30 seconds intervals, stirring well with a spatula between each, until the chocolate is fully melted.
Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1 Tbsp)
Salt (1/2 tsp)
into the chocolate and stir to combine.
Heavy Cream (1 cup)
to medium peak, and fold a quarter of the whipped cream into the melted chocolate mixture to loosen up. Then carefully fold in the rest in 2 batches, try not to deflate the mixture too much.
Transfer the mixture to dessert cups and chill for 2 hours or until set.

Dark Chocolate (to taste)
