If you are using wooden skewers, soak them in water before use (for about 20 minutes).

In a large mixing bowl, combine Onion Powder (1/2 Tbsp), Ground Coriander (1/2 Tbsp), Ground Cumin (1 Tbsp), Cayenne Pepper (1 tsp), Ground Turmeric (1 tsp), McCormick® Garlic Powder (1/2 tsp), Ground Cinnamon (1/2 tsp), Salt (1/2 Tbsp) and Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp). Mix well.

Continue adding Ground Beef (1.5 lb), Fresh Parsley (to taste), Fresh Cilantro (1 bunch), and Fresh Mint Leaves (1/2 bunch).

Wet your hands and knead everything together to combine all ingredients. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes or overnight.

Take about 1/4 cup of the meat mixture and shape them into sausage shapes. Press the skewer into it and press the meat around it to seal. Repeat with the remaining meat mixture.

Spray a griddle skillet with Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed). Over medium heat, grill the skewers for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Transfer to a serving plate.

Sprinkle it with Red Onions (to taste) and Fresh Parsley (to taste). Serve with Cucumbers (to taste) and Tzatziki (1 cup) dipping sauce on the side.
