Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

In a large mixing bowl, add the Butter (2 cups), Fresh Chives (1/2 cup), Fresh Parsley (1/2 cup), Fresh Oregano (1/4 cup), Garlic (8 cloves), Salt (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1 tsp). This also can be done in a food processor.

Using a bread knife, slice the Baguettes (3). Cut about 2/3 of the way through the bread with a 2-inch gap between each slit, making sure not to cut all the way through.

Smear about 2 Tbsp of the herb butter mixture into each section.

Wrap each baguette in aluminum foil and bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes.

Unwrap and bake for another 3-4 minutes until the baguette is crisp on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. Serve warm.
