Bring a large pot of water to a boil, carefully place add the Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs (6), and cook for 13 minutes.

Fish out the eggs and rinse them in cold water or place in ice water for 3 minutes. Peel and slice in half. Take out the yolks and set aside.

In a food processor, add the yolks, Avocado (1), Bacon Bits (4 Tbsp), juice from Lime (1), Garlic (1 clove), Dijon Mustard (1 Tbsp), and Salt (1 tsp). Blend until the filling is smooth.

Using a piping bag or a spoon, fill the egg whites with the avocado and yolk mixture. Top with more bacon pieces, and garnish with a sprinkle of Fresh Cilantro (to taste) and Cayenne Pepper (to taste).
