Bacon Bits

Dijon Mustard

Cooking Instructions

Bring a large pot of water to a boil, carefully place add the Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs (6) , and cook for 13 minutes.

Fish out the eggs and rinse them in cold water or place in ice water for 3 minutes. Peel and slice in half. Take out the yolks and set aside.

In a food processor, add the yolks, Avocado (1) , Bacon Bits (4 Tbsp) , juice from Lime (1) , Garlic (1 clove) , Dijon Mustard (1 Tbsp) , and Salt (1 tsp) . Blend until the filling is smooth.

Using a piping bag or a spoon, fill the egg whites with the avocado and yolk mixture. Top with more bacon pieces, and garnish with a sprinkle of Fresh Cilantro (to taste) and Cayenne Pepper (to taste) .
