Trimming asparagus: using a large knife, slice off the fibrous bottom of the stalk where the color turns from white to green.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

On a baking sheet, mix the Asparagus (3 cups) with Olive Oil (1/4 cup), Garlic Salt (1 1/2 Tbsp), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).

Bake for 15 minutes or until the asparagus is soft. Remove from the oven.

Sprinkle Shredded Mozzarella and Provolone Cheese Blend (1 1/2 cups) and Bacon Bits (1/2 cup) on top. Bring it back to the oven for 5 more minutes or until the cheese is melted and slightly crusted.
