Bring a large pot of water to a boil.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl soak the Breadcrumbs (1/2 cup) in water for 1 minute.

Squeeze out as much water as possible and add the bread to the 80/20 Lean Ground Beef (1 lb). Add ½ the Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup) and season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).

Add Fresh Parsley (2 Tbsp), mix everything together and form the meat into quarter-sized balls.

Cook Spaghetti (1 box) according to package directions.

In a large skillet, slowly cook meatballs in Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) for 3-4 minutes or until browned.

Add the Beef Broth (1 cup) to the meatballs and reduce to medium heat.

Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and simmer for 2 minutes.

Drain and toss the pasta with Basil Pesto (1 jar), meatballs, and remaining Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup).
