If you are making your own Cinamon sugar, the ratio should be 1:4 which means 1 part of cinnamon with 4 parts of sugar.

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

In a sheet pan, line a parchment paper. Use an ice cream scoop to scoop Vanilla Ice Cream (2 cups) onto it. Freeze for 30-40 minutes or until hard.

In a mixing bowl, combine the Corn Flakes (1 1/2 cups) and Cinnamon Sugar (1/4 cup) together. Set aside.

In a small bowl, combine Chocolate Syrup (1/2 cup), Cayenne Pepper (1/2 tsp), and Ground Cinnamon (1/2 tsp) together. Set aside.

In a separate sheet pan, place 6-Inch Flour Tortillas (3) and bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crisp. Keep an eye on the tortillas.

Remove tortillas from the oven and set aside.

Roll the ice cream into the crushed cornflakes mixture until fully coated.

On a serving plate, place the tortillas. Then top with ice cream and pour the chocolate sauce mixture on top. Serve immediately.
