Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Step 2
In a sheet pan, line a parchment paper. Use an ice cream scoop to scoop
Vanilla Ice Cream (2 cups)
onto it. Freeze for 30-40 minutes or until hard.
Step 3
In a mixing bowl, combine the
Corn Flakes (1 1/2 cups)
and
Cinnamon Sugar (1/4 cup)
together. Set aside.
Step 4
In a small bowl, combine
Chocolate Syrup (1/2 cup)
,
Cayenne Pepper (1/2 tsp)
, and
Ground Cinnamon (1/2 tsp)
together. Set aside.
Step 5
In a separate sheet pan, place
6-Inch Flour Tortillas (3)
and bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crisp. Keep an eye on the tortillas.
Step 6
Remove tortillas from the oven and set aside.
Step 7
Roll the ice cream into the crushed cornflakes mixture until fully coated.
Step 8
On a serving plate, place the tortillas. Then top with ice cream and pour the chocolate sauce mixture on top. Serve immediately.
