Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Spray sheet pan generously with cooking spray and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, add Olive Oil (4 Tbsp), Salt (2 tsp), Simply Organic Garlic Powder (2 tsp), and Italian Seasoning (2 tsp). Mix well.

In the same mixing bowl, add Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (2 lb). Toss until well combined. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit in the fridge for 15 minutes.

On a prepared sheet pan, place chicken breast and Cherry Tomatoes (2 cups). Bake for 20 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature: 150 degrees F or 65 degrees C). Remove from the oven.
6.
On the same sheet pan, sprinkle Fresh Mozzarella Pearls (2 tubs) throughout and bring it back to the oven for another 2-3 minutes until the mozzarella is melted. Remove from the oven.
7.
Let it sit for 3 minutes.
8.
Drizzle with the Balsamic Glaze (1/2 cup) and add some Fresh Basil (1 cup) on top before serving.
