Combine the Butter (1 cup) with the Graham Cracker Crumbs (2 cup), Powdered Confectioners Sugar (2 cup), and Peanut Butter (1 cup). Stir until mixed together.
Spread into a 9x13-inch pan.
In the Panasonic Microwave Oven, melt Peanut Butter (4 tablespoon) and Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (1 1/2 cup) until smooth. If being done in a microwave, stir every 30 seconds to make sure that it doesn't burn.
Spread on top of the peanut butter layer.
Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving so that they can set. Store leftover bars in the fridge. Cooking results may vary depending on microwave oven used.
